Score Sheets

This is what the World Championship score sheets will look like (click on the picture to enlarge it).

Unfortunately the Danish Kennel Club web-system has not been updated since HTM was just approved as a sport in Denmark and the score sheets do still look as they did, when we had the first set of rules and marked routines differently. Also the score sheets will be in Danish, but hopefully this explanation will help you understand your marks after all.

When you look at the score sheets, there will be 3 sections: Udførelse, sværhedsgrad and fortolkning and under each you have lots of little ‘sub-sections’. Please ignore those! They are ‘left-overs’ from the old Danish rules and are no longer used!

All you have to think of are the 3 main sections, which are:
Udførelse – which can be translated to presentation.
Sværhedsgrad – which can be translated to degree of difficulty.
Fortolkning – which can be translated to Musical Interpretation.
You can have up to 10 points in each section.

There is room on the score sheets for the judges to write comments, but you should not expect them to do so. The comment boxes are mainly used in the starters/novice classes at Danish competitions, for the judges to give advise on how to improve the routine or encouragement to inexperienced handlers.
